1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Luxestride website and any order you place with us. By browsing this website or sending us an order enquiry, you accept these terms in full.
2. About Luxestride
Luxestride designs and sells premium men's genuine leather sandals, handcrafted in India and delivered worldwide. We operate from Bhatkal-581320, Karnataka, India.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe colours, materials and construction as accurately as possible. Genuine leather varies naturally in grain, texture and shade, and screen calibration can affect how a colour appears. Such variation is not a defect.
4. Pricing and currency
Prices are displayed for your selected delivery country in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are fixed per market and may be updated at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order is the price that applies.
5. Placing an order
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or email using the Buy Now, Order on WhatsApp or Email us options. An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it and confirm availability, size, delivery address and total payable amount.
6. Payment
Payment details are shared and agreed directly with you when your order is confirmed. We do not collect or store card details on this website.
7. Shipping and delivery
We deliver worldwide. Delivery timelines depend on your location and are confirmed when your order is placed. Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns and exchanges
Unworn pairs in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Returns are accepted after inspection and approval; return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
9. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns process applies instead.
10. Intellectual property
All text, product photography, logos and brand marks on this website belong to Luxestride and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luxestride is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karnataka, India.
