Hides are inspected by hand for grain consistency, thickness and finish before anything is cut.

Each strap is cut to pattern so the grain runs correctly along the length of the piece.

Uppers, linings and footbeds are layered and secured with reinforced stitching.

Footbed shape, strap tension and sole flex are checked on real feet before approval.
